Free Childcare Terms and Conditions
To receive the 2 Weeks of FREE Childcare offer, see below Terms and Conditions:
1. Promotion Period: The promotion is valid from the 16th March 2026 until the 30th April 2026
2. 2 Weeks Free Offer: 2 Weeks Free is based on the first 4 weeks of the child’s regular booking schedule. For example, families who enrol for 3 days per week will receive 3 days per week free for 2 weeks.
3. Enrolment Requirements: To redeem the offer, families must enrol and commence for a permanent booking of 2 or more days in an eligible Centre by the end of the promotional period.
4. 2 Weeks Free Application: The 2 Weeks Free will be applied on the 5th & 6th week of enrolment directly to the guardians account.
5. Account status: The Family account is to be continuously paid and up to date as at the redemption date to be eligible.
6. Exclusions:
* This offer is not available if the family is currently receiving Additional Childcare Subsidy.
* This offer is not available if notice has been given to cease care
* This offer is not available if the child has been attending any affiliated childcare centres including Flourish Early Learning Centre, within the last two months
1. Non-Transferable: The promotion is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
2. Availability: Offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at the discretion of the Centre. In this occurrence, any previously redeemed promotional offers remain valid and will be fulfilled and the removal would only affect new bookings that have not been processed.
3. Start Strong Fee Relief Subsidy: Discount may affect Start Strong Fee Relief during the 2 weeks of Free Care applied during the discount period. i.e weeks 5 & 6.
4. How to Redeem: Family do not need to take any specific action to redeem the Free Care offer
